Webbox is proud to have partnered once again with the Mirror to recognise the achievements of those who are committed to helping protect and care for animals of all shapes and sizes, along with those animals that go above and beyond for their owners or friends.

At Webbox we are committed to the ongoing welfare of all creatures, working alongside charities and individuals that support animals and humans through all walks of life. Every month we receive hundreds of letters with stories about the inspirational deeds of those in the animal world, along with the extraordinary acts of animals themselves.

Working with the Animal Hero Awards helps provide us with the right platform to recognise and honour the selfless acts of both animals and animal lovers. We very much look forward to reading the nominations for the 2019 awards and meeting those that work so tirelessly to help the creatures we care for so deeply.

People’s Postcode Lottery is proud to sponsor the 2019 Animal Hero Awards.

Our players have raised over £57 million so far for a wide range of animal charities doing incredible work.

Through our supported charities, we are constantly inspired by the people working tirelessly to improve conditions for animals both in the wild and as pets, and the animals themselves doing life-changing work. We know there are so many extraordinary animal heroes out there, and we can’t wait to find out more about this year’s nominees.

Battersea is proud to be the charity partner for the Mirror’s Animal Hero Awards. As one of the nation’s leading animal welfare organisations, Battersea is a firm believer in celebrating both the lives of remarkable animals and the humans who devote their time and love to care for creatures great and small.

Battersea is here for every dog and cat and has been since we were first founded in Islington in 1860. Over the last 159 years we have rescued, reunited and rehomed over three million dogs and cats and as a charity we aim to never turn away a dog or cat in need. We care for an average of 250 dogs and 120 cats at any one time across our three centres in London, Berkshire and Kent and there is no time limit on how long an animal can stay with us.

As well as the work we do at our three rescue centres, Battersea uses our expertise, influence, and voice to help thousands more animals all over the country and across the world.

We feel delighted that the RSPCA is uniting with The Mirror at the Animal Hero Awards to recognise the amazing things that animals have done over the past year and also the stories of those who have gone above and beyond to protect our fellow creatures.

The RSPCA was born in 1824, and as the oldest animal charity, we remain to be the largest rescue organisation for animals. As such, we value the Animal Hero Awards as an opportunity to continue to recognise and reward those who are joining us to do everything possible to make the world a better place for animals.

We work tirelessly to help animals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and we salute the Mirror for their fantastic support for all creatures. We're looking forward to reading all your wonderful heart-warming nominations for 2018.
